About the 531X124MSDADG1
The 531X124MSDADG1 is a suppressor circuit board produced by General Electric. The 531X124MSDADG1 is a small circuit board without a whole lot to it. The 531X124MSDADG1 has three large dark red circular polyester capacitors and two large yellow polypropylene capacitors. These capacitors are used to generate an electrical field which is then used to store additional energy for the circuit board to use. The 531X124MSDADG1 has:
- four metal prongs scattered around the circuit board
- four large pale blue resistors with strip
- colored codes to determine the amount of energy that each resistor can restrict
- two long black resistors
- two large silver resistors
- a large transformer
A varying current in one coil of the transformer produces a varying magnetic field, which in turn induces a varying electromotive force or "voltage" in a second coil. The transformer has three black wires. Two wires are thick and one is very thin. The thin wire is anchored to the circuit board, while the other two thicker wires are not. The two thick wires do have circular eyelets with a red connector at the end. There are eight holes in the circuit board. Four holes have a metal border and the rest do not have a border.
