Product Description

The 193X805AEG03 is a board component originally designed and sold by General Electric.  This board was typically used in GE drive systems like their SCR Drive or the Speed Variator drive system.  DC drive systems like these were designed to offer closed-loop adjustable speed motor control, typically for machine tools or other small industrial applications. 

The 193X805AEG03  functions within drive systems as a Power Amplifier card.   It is a flat, two-sided circuit board attached to a front faceplate via two screw connections.   The front panel is designed with a looped handle that will aid the user in both removing and installing the board into its proper position. 

The 193X805AEG03  power amplifier has a large heat sink component located on its lower side.  This component attaches to the circuit board using four screw connection points.  Two of these points have a wire connection.  Each of these wires thread through factory-made drill holes to the opposite side of the board.  This side of the board is populated with several transformers, a green LED indicator and several types of capacitors and resistors.   Some of these components may be marked with their original manufacturer numbers, but they do not have any sort of reference designation located on the board’s surface.
