Product Description

The 193X737ACG01 is a printed circuit board manufactured as a component for General Electric’s DC Variator Drive system and compatible systems, like the SCR Drive.  Both systems are adjustable speed, closed loop drives. The 193X737ACG01 is a Monitor board.  This board is designed with an oscillator card onboard (193X738AAG01) that is physically mounted to the main PCB.   

The 193X737ACG01 is built with a front panel.  This panel has a handle attached to allow for easy insertion and removal of the board during installation and maintenance.  The front panel has the board ID number, the GE logo, and the board function listed on the top edge. It has four warning lights mounted into the front panel.  These are labeled “blown fuse,” “overtemp,” “overcurrent,” and “loss of phase.” The lights are wired into the printed circuit board by two wires.

The 193X737ACG01 is populated by twelve polyester vinyl capacitors and capacitors of other material.   It has a single wirewound resistor and several smaller resistors made of metal film or carbon composite material.   The board has several lines of diodes. There is a single black wire that connects to two metal points. The rear of the board holds a single relay.  This relay has a relay diagram printed on one surface. The oscillator card mentioned above is mounted perpendicular to the main board.
