Product Description

The 193X255ACG02 is a circuit board component manufactured by the General Electric company.  This board is designed to fit into one of several DC-powered drive systems manufactured and released by General Electric, including the Speed Variator Drive, the SCR Drive, and other similar drive systems.  These industrial drive systems feature adjustable speed drives with bidirectional or unidirectional speed, and are typically used for machine tool control or coordinated lines. Please refer to manuals for each drive system for specific information about that drive’s features. These publications can often be found on the manufacturer’s website.

The 193X255ACG02 is a Transformer Circuit Board.  Unlike many boards in this series, it does not feature a front faceplate.  The primary components on the board are two toroidal transformers. These are located parallel to each other on opposite ends of the rectangular board.  Toroidal transformers have a low stray field, higher efficiency, and less audible hum. These transformers use surface wiring to connect to several other board components.   Other components located on the board surface include carbon composite resistors, polyester vinyl capacitors, a single electrolytic capacitor, four varistors, two voltage regulators, and several stab-on connectors. Components are not marked with designators but may be numbered.  Board components can be mounted either in a vertical or in a horizontal position.
