FVR2.2E9S-2 is a three phase inversion drive from the Fuji Electric Frenic 5000 E9S series. A general purpose drive, this inverter is applicable across a number of job functions. Machinery such as presses, cranes, and conveyors all benefit from drives like this. The drive can produce 2.2kW of power with the motor, but this can be altered depending upon load requirements. An onboard dynamic torque vector control system calculates the motor speeds required for individual loads.
Voltage levels of the inverter should be monitored to ensure there are no device malfunctions or errors. When connected to a source, the drive can sustain measurements between 200V and 230V with a frequency of 50/60Hz. Outputted voltages produced by this device can range from 200V to 230V with a maximum voltage of 240V. All outputs produced by the drive are accompanied by a frequency range between 0.2Hz and 400Hz.
The lifespan of FVR2.2E9S-2 can be prolonged by following manufacturer provided installation and storage parameters. As the device is housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure, mount the device in a climate controlled facility. Production lines and factories operating this inverter should maintain ambient temperatures no lower than -10℃ (14℉), and no higher than 50℃ (122℉).
