Product Description

FRN5.5G11S-4 is a three-phase inversion drive designed for the Fuji Electric Frenic 5000 G11 series. Machines from this series are general purpose drives, allowing them to be used in a number of factory jobs, like presses, crushers, and elevators.

Nominal motor speeds for this device can measure up to 5.5kW. Motor speeds are determined on an individual load basis with an onboard dynamic torque vector control system.

Voltage levels in FRN5.5G11S-4 should be monitored to ensure it is operating at safe levels. The device is capable of producing an output ranging from 380V to 460V, with a maximum voltage of 480V. These outputs are accompanied by a varying frequency ranging from 0.1 to 400Hz. Input ranges for this device are similar, with acceptable sourced inputs ranging from 380V to 480V. A 50/60 frequency is expected with these inputs.

Fuji Electric provides a complete list of installation and storage parameters that should be followed to protect the device. Enclosed in NEMA 1 housing makes FRN5.5G11S-4 suitable for indoor installation and mounting only. Indoor facilities should be climate-controlled to prevent any environmental damages to the drive. While operating, maintain ambient temperatures between -10℃ and 50℃ (14℉ and 122℉).
