The Fuji Electric FRN18.5G11S-4 is a three phase general purpose drive from the Frenic 5000 G11 series. As a general purpose drive, applications for this device range across a broad spectrum of factory and production jobs. Inverters like this model are perfect for roles such as mixing machines, water pumps, and printing presses. An onboard dynamic torque vector control system performs high speed calculations to determine the motor speed required for an individual load.
Motor speeds for this inverter are nominally rated at 18.5kW. FRN18.5G11S-4 can withstand sourced inputs ranging from 380V to 480V with a frequency of 50/60Hz. This inverter supports an output voltage from 380V to 460V with an accompanying frequency range from 0.1Hz to 400Hz. The maximum sustained output this drive can produce measures at 480V. Remote operation capabilities are built into the design of the drive. The keypad found on the front panel of the inverter is detachable, allowing for remote access to the drive.
Manufacturer curated installation and storage parameters should be followed to prevent any damages to the device. FRN18.5G11S-4 is suitable for indoor mounting only as it is housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. Housing facilities that the drive is operating in should be climate controlled to maintain ambient temperatures between -10℃ and 50℃ (14℉ and 122℉).
