Fuji Electric’s FRN040G11S-4UX is a general purpose inversion drive. This three phase drive was designed for the Frenic 5000 G11 series of inverters. Members of this series are capable of performing job duties in a number of factory and production locations. A system integrated feature, the dynamic torque vector control, allows the device to tailor motor power based on the output required for specific loads.
Input voltage ranges for this drive can measure from 380V to 480V and include a frequency of 50/60Hz. Voltage outputs produced by FRN040G11S-4UX can range from 380V to 460V with a frequency range from 0.1Hz to 400Hz. 480V is the maximum sustained output voltage this drive can produce. Motors on this inverter have a 40 horsepower rating.
As a general purpose drive, FRN040G11S-4UX can be applied to an array of factory jobs. Automated mixers, crushers, and routing machines are just a few of the possible applications for this drive. Operating the inverter remotely is possible by detaching the removable keypad found on the drive. The keypad includes a four digit LED screen, nine soft keys, and an LCD display.
FRN040G11S-4UX requires that all provided installation and safety parameters should be followed to prevent any accidental damages. A climate controlled facility is the only suitable housing this drive should be installed in. Temperatures should be maintained between -10℃ and 50℃ (14℉ and 122℉) to ensure proper drive function.
