Eurotherm 690+ 690PE/0220/230/0021/US

Parker-Eurotherm AC690+ Integrator SSD/solid-state drives were designed to meet the needs of variable speed motor applications.  This can include sophisticated multi-module systems to simple single motor drives. This series is available in a wide variety of frame sizes from 0.3 to 500 Hp.   The drives can run with sensorless vector, closed-loop vector, or open loop control.

The 690PE/0220/230/0021/US is a size E frame (257mm Wide x 312mm Deep x 676mm High) inverter drive rated at 22kW, 230V AC (+/-10%) 3-ph 50/60Hz.   The unit offers both a chassis and a power board fan. It has control and power terminals, earthing points, and motor thermistor terminals.  The unit is designed with an optional comms technology box and speed feedback technology box. If these optional expansion modules are added to the unit, they offer more advanced applications including encoder inputs, high-speed register mark inputs, and communication options like Profibus-DP, Ethernet, DeviceNet, Modbus RTU, and CANopen.  

The  690PE/0220/230/0021/US can be wall or cubicle mounted.  Please consult product manuals for installation information, including clearance guides.  The unit must have minimum clearances retained for proper ventilation.

The  690PE/0220/230/0021/US includes a 6901 keypad that functions as an HMI.  This unit has a small backlit display that allows data to be read locally.  The keypad allows the unit to be set-up and programmed locally. Remote programming is also possible.  The 690PE/0220/230/0021/US is delivered with standard macros functions available. The unit has over 100 function blocks available so you may create your own unique control strategy.   Eurotherm publications like product manuals, data sheets, and user guides will provide more information.
