The Eurotherm AC690+ Drive Integrator series drives are 0.3 to 500 Hp 3-in-1 AC drives designed to meet the demands of variable speed applications. This includes everything from simple single motor systems to more complicated multi-motor integrated systems. The AC 690+ system uses a 32-bit microprocessor-based motor control algorithm within its SSD/solid-state drives to create a host of control options that can be used in their base form or can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your facility. These drives can be run with open loop, sensorless vector, or closed loop vector control.
The 690PD/0180/400/0021/US uses a size D frame (252mm Wide x 245mm Deep x 471mm High.) The unit is rated 18kW 400 VAC (+/- 10%) 3 phase 50/60Hz. The unit uses an IP20 UL Type 1 housing. It has a maximum overload protection level of 150% for sixty seconds. The unit has twelve inputs and six outputs.
The 690PD/0180/400/0021/US is built with a 6901 keypad mounted in the front faceplate. The unit includes an RS232 programming port, control and power terminals, earthing points, and both a power board fan and a chassis fan. Please keep in mind when planning a location for installation that this unit must have clearance for proper air flow. Minimum clearance to the sides of the unit is 25 mm and above and below is 70 mm. This unit can be wall mounted or cubicle mounted.
The 690PD/0180/400/0021/US can be configured locally or remotely. Standard macros functions included in this unit include winder control, closed loop speed feedback, preset speeds, basic speed control, raise/lower, and forward/reverse.
