About the 591C/4500/A/4
591C/4500/A/4
The 591C/4500/A/4 is a model belonging to the Eurotherm 590 series of products, built with a standard array of hardware features for these types of models. The Eurotherm series of products are equipped with a series of features such as the 590 model Link Drive unit, a set of AC (alternating current) fusing supplies, and a DC (direct current) contractor.
Another essential feature within these devices is the 16 bit microprocessor module each of the Eurotherm 590 series. These standard microprocessors are built with the capabilities to process the controlling algorithms, which are a complex series of coding that is currently unable to be replicated, altered, or rewritten by any analog methods or techniques. The other capabilities that the microprocessors are built to achieve is the managing the control circuitry. This series of circuits are built as software configurable by the user, to the user’s desired specifications, and are designed around the standard software blocking design.
The other components that make up the Eurotherm 590 series is a set of converter modules for power and protective services. These units are usually either the non-regenerative Phase 2 or regenerative Phase 3 quadrant converters. These units operate utilizing thyristor bridge modules to regulate the accelerating and decelerating speed and torque of the motors under the Eurotherm 590 model’s control.
The 591C/4500/A/4 unit itself is a four Quadrant Parker solid state drive stack, with a direct current Digital Door.
