591C/1500/A/4

The Eurotherm 590 series is a lineup of motor control devices that are built with a series of similar specifications and features, each of them unique and able to be set to the user’s specifications.

The core components that each Eurotherm 590 is equipped with is the 590 Link Drive module, a series of alternating current compatible fuse wiring, and a direct current contractor unit. The other standard Eurotherm component is a 16 bit microprocessor module.

The microprocessor for the 591C/1500/A/4 handles the duties and function of the control system management. The control circuitry of the unit is able to be configured to the user’s specifications and needs, and the algorithms that the microprocessor utilizes are a series of complex formulas. These algorithms are incredibly difficult to replicate in any manner that uses analog methods.

The 591C/1500/A/4 model also includes a series of standard external connection I/O ports. These I/O ports are formatted into both digital and analog entries. The digital ports total up to 13: 10 inputs, though  5 are fully configurable, and 2 are able to function as optional encoder inputs. The 3 outputs are fully configurable as well.

The analog ports of the 591C/1500/A/4 range up to 8 ports: 5 inputs, and 3 outputs. 4 of the inputs and all 3 of the outputs are configurable.

The 591C/1500/A/4 is designed with the standard measurements for the Eurotherm 590 series of devices, with a width of 250 mm, a height of up to 445 mm, and a depth reaching up to 180 mm.
