The 591C/0700/A/4 model is a part of the Eurotherm 590 series of Motor Controllers. The Eurotherm 590 line features several similar components in its lineup. For a start, these models are built to require a set of three components in order to operate. There needs to be a 590 Link Drive module, a series of AC (alternating current) supply fuses, and a DC (direct current) contractor module.
The 591C/0700/A/4 is outfitted with other standard Eurotherm features, such as the internal 16 bit microprocessor. This microprocessor is responsible for the control algorithms running in perfect synchronicity and at optimal pacing. These algorithms are complex and it is very difficult to replicate or copy them by simplistic analog methods. The unit’s microprocessor also manages the software configurable controller circuitry.
The 591C/0700/A/4 is designed with a standard set of dimensions: a width of 250 mm, a height of 415 mm, and a depth of 180 mm. Alternatively, these measurements are 9.8 in by 16 in by 7 in.
The external, embedded hardware for the 591C/0700/A/4 is made up of a series of terminal ports. These ports are comprised of both digital and analog input and output ports, as well as an integrated keypad for entering commands.
Many of the other Eurotherm 590 models, as well as multiple of the 591C/0700/A/4 units are available from AX Control, refurbished and repaired to an optimal degree.
