The 590S-350-9-1-0-00 is a 590S DC drive. This is a motor controller package with a 35 amp maximum dc output. This unit is configured with a 3-phase four-quadrant converter. While DC series drives are no longer available from the original manufacturer, they are typically in stock here at AX Control and can ship in as little as a few hours.
The 590S-350-9-1-0-00 can be configured over Eurotherm’s fiber-optic network using the company’s configuration software package. The drive includes full transient and overload protection. The motor speed, torque, and acceleration/deceleration can all be controlled via the unit. This unit offers operation in one direction only. If you require dual direction control, look to one of the regenerative units we have available.
The 590S-350-9-1-0-00 offers multiple feedback options including wire-ended electrical encoders and armature voltage feedback, digital accuracy, microprocessor control, onboard fuse protection, and field regulation. The unit also offers power isolation and phase rotation insensitive as well as frequency auto-ranging.
The front of the 590S-350-9-1-0-00 has a small MMI (man-machine interface with a two-line alphanumeric LCD display. Close by is a four button keypad for inputs, outputs, troubleshooting, and tuning.
