The 590S-0350-9-1-3-00 is a Eurotherm drive in the 590 DC series. This drive is configured with a 220 V auxiliary AC Control Supply along with a 480V 3-phase AC power supply. The 590S-0350-9-1-3-00 and other drives in this series include a Man-Machine interface as part of the front panel. This is a two-line LCD display (alphanumeric) that displays faults. There is also a four-button keypad to allow for advanced tuning, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Inputs, outputs, and drive parameters can be accessed through this keypad and the associated display. Nearby are six drive status LEDs that will also indicate the drive's run status and alarm states.
Inside the 590S-0350-9-1-3-00, there is a switchable calibration card, a tach generator board, several fiber optic connections, test points, terminal blocks, and a potentiometer that controls the contrast on the LCD display. The unit also has an onboard fuse.
Be sure the drive is mounted in a location where it will have proper airflow and will disperse heat in a proper manner. Increased retained heat may cause the unit to overheat and malfunction.
