About the 590C/0700/9/0
590C-0700-9-0
The Eurotherm 590 lineup of devices is a series of direct current powered, motor control units, built to operate as drives connected via the nearest available Eurotherm fibre optic cable network. These models are built with three integral components: a 590 direct current link drive unit, a direct current contactor, and a series of supply fuses running on alternating current. The direct current contactor is outfitted with four separate options for the feedback speed of this unit. The other necessary hardware is a 16 bit microprocessor module.
This unit is the 590C-0700-9-0, alternatively labeled as the 590C/0700/9/0, is a part of the Eurotherm direct current series drives, and is configured to operate with the standard trio of converter modules. These converters are fully regenerative, Phase 4 units, designed to fit into a quadrant. The 590C/0700/9/0 unit’s converters run at up to 720 amperes of energy. The maximum output of the 590C/0700/9/0 overall is 70 amperes, which is the direct current output.
As a power source, the 590C/0700/9/0 unit is designed with an internal power supply of up to 415 volts of alternating current. The backup auxiliary power supply is able to cover up to 220 volts of alternating current. The overall range for the Eurotherm 590 line is between 110 and 660 volts of energy.
The 590C/0700/9/0 is outfitted with the standard array of hardware and features, with a keypad and an analog tachogenerator feedback board.
