The Eurotherm 590 and 591 Plus lineup of devices are designed by the Parker Engineering company. These devices are outfitted with a wide array of standard Eurotherm hardware and components, as well as the regenerative pieces of equipment. They are no longer in production by the electromechanical division of Parker Engineering. They are however, available as used materials from us here at AX Control Inc.

These devices are outfitted with a set of internal components, such as the 32 bit microcontroller, the contactor set of modules, and AC supply fusing. The other standard regenerative devices within the unit’s frame are the pair of thyristor bridge units, as well as a field bridge. These two components provide both overload and transient protection.
The 591P/0180/500/0011/UK’s 32 bit microcontroller is built to provide the Eurotherm models with complex control algorithms, which cannot be replicated by simply analog means.
