The Eurotherm 591 Plus line of SSD (solid state drive) modules are a series developed alongside the Eurotherm 590 Plus line. Both of these groups of products are original devices from the Parker Engineering company. They were pulled from production however. They are available from us here at AX Control Inc. as a part of our inventory.
This model is designated with the ID of 591P/0035/500/0010/FR, a single/two quadrant form DC thyristor drive, outfitted with a 400 V/DC supply, with a 110 to 230 V/DC control supply. The nominal motor output for the 591P/0035/500/0010/FR is at least 15 kilowatts, or 20 horsepower, at a rate of 460 V/DC.
Internally, the 591P/0035/500/0010/FR is outfitted with the regenerative components. There is the standard pair of thyristor bridge units, a single field bridge module, which allows the protective capabilities to function properly for transient and overload protection. Also included is an array of contactor modules and supply fusing.
The 591P/0035/500/0010/FR is designed with an external set of terminal ports for various input and output connections. There are 8 analog input/output ports (5 input, 3 output), and 13 digital input/output (10 input and 3 output). The majority of these ports are able to be configured to the user’s preference and specifications needed.
