Product Description

Vision System model ISM1403-C00 is another one of the ISM1403 color modules available. Color modules within the In-Sight Micro Series are limited. There are several supported toolsets associated with this model which include but are not limited to extended, essential, color, and ID tools. In some cases, PatMax is also available but must be noted that it is not available on this specific module. With the color tool set, there are features that are not associated with the other tool sets, these features are ExtractColor, MatchColor, color-to-greyscale filters, color-to-grey scale distance filters, and Color Histogram. Please note that the aforementioned features are only available on models that are equipped with a color bit-depth. 

An Ethernet cable will be connected to the ISM1403-C00 model through the PoE connector located on the back of the device. There are two connector types associated with this cable, a one-hundred thirty-five-degree key, and a forty-five-degree key. For each cable length, there is a different key part number associated with it save for the cable that is 0.6 meters. The remaining cable lengths are 2 meters, 5 meters, 10 meters, 15 meters, and 30 meters. The lens of the ISM1403-C00 vision system must be installed, to install the lens remove the protective film which covers the threaded lens opening and then attach a C-Mount or CS-Mount lens. The exact lens needed will depend on the field of view and working distance required for the machine vision application.
