Product Description

One of the advantages of the ISM1400-11 model is that it has edge finding. The edge-finding tool has a menagerie features which include determining the minimum and maximum widths and deviations; can find the edge of circular or straight parts, and can not only help find defects but can help find gaps in the part. The applications in which edge finding will be used are typically to find missing beads or widths along the bead path when used in bead tracking applications, authenticate the correct assembly of the element and find the imperfections in the appearance of the part, and find variations in edge position plus gaps and defects with the width and position. 

This model can be easily configured through a remote network using one of the intuitive user interfaces that come with the In-Sight Micro Vision Systems. Not only can the model be easily configured it can be used for a variety of automated functions, of the leading automated functions that the ISM1400-11 model can perform is automated measurement. Any other automated functions can be referred to in the In-Sight Micro Series Vision Installation Manual attached above.
