ISM1400-00

Product Description

The network-ready, stand-alone, compact vision system ISM1400-00 is a model that is equipped with a number of different toolsets which enhance the design of the vision system. While this model does not have a color toolset it is still well-equipped. Some of the features of the essential toolset are as follows:

• Image Filters

• Standard Calibration

• Curve, Blob, Line, and Edge Finding

• Geometry and Histogram Tools

• Pattern Matching

These features are limited strictly to the essential toolset which not every In-Sight model has. Along with the standard calibration, this model has a non-linear calibration feature thanks to the extended toolset. 

The inspect edge tool feature that is included with the ISM1400-00 model can be used in a variety of different applications such as detecting width variations as well as deviations. The typical deviations detected in relation to the edge position are defects and gaps pertaining to the width and position. 

The ISM1400-00 unit does have the capability to read industrial codes. The main advantages of which are the 2D and 1DMax; the 2DMax can handle the lowest contrast and inadequate 2D codes which have occurred due to process degradation and some of the marking techniques associated with the inspection of the model. The 1DMax feature is best used when needing to read 1D barcodes quickly and accurately.
