Product Description

The ISM1100-C01 model was primarily designed to work in applications where a multitude of vision systems can be used together or the model will specifically be used for single-point inspection. This system is labeled as an In-Sight Micro and is typically denoted as such by its lightweight nature and its dimensions typically being under three inches in depth, width, and height with and without the mounting block. For dimension specifications refer to the In-Sight Micro Series Vision System Installation Manual; the In-Sight Micro Vision System Product Guide also references the dimensions but only without the mounting block. 

While the resolution of this model is considered standard and only really operates at about sixty hundred and forty by four hundred and eighty pixels the color feature enhances this model quite a bit. The color features on the ISM1100-C01 vision system allow for two different software features which are the MatchColor and ExtractColor software tools. Each software feature has its own function; the ExtractColor tool is used for inspecting the colors of a part whereas the MatchColor tool is used to simply recognize the part only based on its color. 

The mentioned software features are not the only tools used with the ISM1100-C01 model; thanks to the enhanced, essential, and ID-supported tools on the vision system there are a variety of extended features, one of which is advanced OCV/OCR tools. The OCV/OCR tools are used for the verification of lot and date codes, the SKU numbers of many consumer items, including food and beverages, as well as pharmaceutical SKU numbers.
