Product Description

The ISM1100-11 model is one of the original Cognex In-Sight Vision Systems. This model was designed to be a stand-alone, compact, and network-ready vision system to be used in robot guidance, inspection, measurement, and identification applications. The network-ready function helps the system be easily configured over a network using the intuitive user interface associated with the vision systems. The user interfaces associated with this model are either Spreadsheet or EasyBuilder. 

There are three cables that are corresponding accessories to the ISM1100-11 system, these cables are Ethernet, which will provide the Ethernet connection to ensure that a network connection can be easily established and will also supply power to the system; the I/O module cable, which will be used with the CIO-MICRO-CC and CIO-MICRO I/O modules; and the breakout cable, which will be used to provide access to the high-speed and trigger outputs used with this model. Several lengths of cables are associated with the cables, the lengths associated with the I/O module cable are 0.7, 2, 5, 10, and 15 meters. Only three LEDs are available for identification of the status of the ISM1100-11 system. The three LEDs are labeled LED1, LED2, and ENET, all of which are different colors. If the associated ENET is a 10BaseT the LED will be red when the vision system is receiving power during the startup of the device and will switch to green for a moment when the network connection has been fully established.
