Product Description

The ISM1050-00 model is another one of the basic models produced within the In-Sight Micro (ISM) Series. While this model is one of the most basic models it can still perform a variety of functions that makes this vision system a great purchase. Two features that typically go hand-in-hand with each other are this model's ability to perform single-point inspections while also being able to be set up in a factory-wide network. This model is also small and compact with its dimensions being under three inches in depth, width, and height no matter if being used with or without a mounting block. 

Models produced by Cognex are often purchased for their ability to be used in a variety of flexible displays. There are eight features associated with the flexible display and VisionView Applications software, one of which is fast image updates. The fast image updates feature can issue the most up-to-date inspection images so the view can be processed in real-time. The remaining features of the VisionView Software can be found in the In-Sight Vision System Product Guide on page twelve. 

Three cables are associated with the ISM1050-00 model which are Ethernet, I/O module, and breakout cables. There are several lengths used in relation to all of these cables, the Ethernet cable has six lengths ranging from 0.6 meters to 30 meters. In relation to the Ethernet cable, there are also two right angle keys, one being a one hundred and thirty-five-degree key and a forty-five-degree key, each of the keys are described as M12 connectors. Please note that no right-angle keys are associated with the 0.6-meter cable.
