Product Description

Model ISM1020-00 is an In-Sight Cognex Vision System designed with factory work in mind. It can be configured remotely and is equipped with an efficient user interface. Some specifications for model ISM1020-00 include;

• Options to connect an Ethernet cord.

• A discrete I/O.

• Job storage capabilities.

• A mounting kit with M3 screws and an optional mounting block.

Users can also choose to use C-mount lenses with the product’s 5mm extension ring. A purchase of model ISM1020-00 does not include any cords that can be optionally connected to it. However, these cords can be found separately in various lengths. This In-Sight Cognex vision system is an ideal product for inspection capabilities, robot guidance, identification, and automation measurement that is done on the floor of factories.

This model is considered one of the most basic In-Sight Vision Systems as it only has an essential toolset. The essential toolset has geometry tools, pattern matching, standard calibration, and many others. The product guide describes a variety of the different features associated with this model and other models in the In-Sight Micro Series. 

One upside of owning this model is that it is typically used for some of the most advanced speed manufacturing lines with a vision system that has one of the most minute footprints available.
