IS7410-01 is a Cognex camera that is part of the InSight Vision System. This camera has 512 MB non-volatile flash memory and unlimited storage via a remote network device. The image processing memory is 256 MB SDRAM. The sensor ia a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with a 5.3 mm diameter. The sensor is 5.3 x 5.3 µm sq. pixels. The camera resolution is 800 x 600 pixels. The electronic shutter speed is 16µs to 950ms. The acquisition is rapid reset, progressive scan, and full-frame integration. The bit depth is 256 grey levels at 8 bits/pixel. The camera operates at 102 full frames per second. The lens type is an M12 or C-mount.
The 4 inputs and 4 outputs on the In-Sight 7000 do not require software for access. One of the inputs is dedicated as the camera’s trigger input. This camera does not support the DB15 connection from the I/O module. An ethernet port offers the connection capability for the I/O module. There are two imaging systems in this series: the c-mount lens configuration, and the integrated M12 lens configuration (autofocus). The conversion from an M12 lens configuration into a C-mount lens configuration is a one-way conversion, but it can be done. This system supports EIP, excluding the Rockwell 1588 implementation (CIP-Sync). The Insight-7000 system supports all protocols that are listed under Cognex Connect (except CIP-Sync). The camera has 512 MB of flash memory. The C-mount enclosure is ENC-L7-01, and the M12 enclosure is ENC-LD-01.
