IS7200-01 is a Cognex camera that is part of the InSight Vision System. This camera has 512 MB non-volatile flash memory and unlimited storage via a remote network device. The image processing memory is 256 MB SDRAM. The sensor ia a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with a 5.3 mm diameter. The sensor is 5.3 x 5.3 µm sq. pixels. The camera resolution is 800 x 600 pixels. The electronic shutter speed is 16µs to 950ms. The acquisition is rapid reset, progressive scan, and full-frame integration. The bit depth is 256 grey levels at 8 bits/pixel. The camera operates at 102 full frames per second. The lens type is an M12 or C-mount.

With the lens cover and the typical M12 lens installed, this camera weighs 220 grams. With the lens cover properly installed, the protection rating is IP67. The shock resistance is 80 G shock per IEC 60068-2-27. The vibration resistance is 10 G from 10-500 Hz with 150 grams lens per IEC 60068-2-6. The regulatory compliance includes CE, FCC, KCC, TÜV, SÜD NRTL, RoHS. There are two resolution sizes available with this camera series: 1280 x 1024 and 800 x 600. As mentioned above. This particular camera has a resolution of 800 x 600. This series supports a higher frame rate than the In-Sight 5000 and In-Sight Micro series, and the image quality is comparable. The image sensor is more sensitive to IR, and the UV is about the same as it is for those other two series.
