Product Description

IS7050-01 is a Cognex camera that is part of the InSight Vision System. This camera has 512 MB non-volatile flash memory and unlimited storage via a remote network device. The image processing memory is 256 MB SDRAM. The sensor ia a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with a 5.3 mm diameter. The sensor is 5.3 x 5.3 µm sq. pixels. The camera resolution is 800 x 600 pixels. The electronic shutter speed is 16µs to 950ms. The acquisition is rapid reset, progressive scan, and full-frame integration. The bit depth is 256 grey levels at 8 bits/pixel. The camera operates at 102 full frames per second. This series has the option of using a c-mount or M12 integrated system.

Network communication occurs on the ethernet port, which is a 10/100 BaseT with auto MDI/MDIX, IEEE 802.3 TCP/IP protocol. The ethernet port supports DHCP (factory default), and has static and link-local IP address configuration. The power consumption is 24 VDC ± 10%, 2 amp. The external light output is 24 V and 500 mA (maximum). The camera has aluminum housing, and the finish is painted. The camera can be mounted via 4 M3 threaded mounting holes. The M12 lense configuration dimensions are 55 mm x 84.8 mm x 55 mm. The c-mount lens configuration dimensions with the lens cover installed are 75 mm to 83 mm x 84.8 mm x 55 mm. The c-mount lens configuration dimensions without the lens cover installed are 42.7 mm x 84.8 mm x 55 mm.
