The image bit depth of the In-Sight ISS-5605-0000 Vision System is 256 grey levels (8 bits/pixel) at 16 full frames per second.
The minimum firmware requirement for the ISS-5605-0000 is In-Sight version 4.4.1. The resolution is 2448 x 2048.
The charge-couple device CCD window might need cleaning periodically. The window might accumulate dust, dirt, or other contaminants. To clean the window, use a pressurized air duster. Make sure the pressurized air is clean and free of oil, dirt, and all contaminants. Do not touch the window with your bare hands. If smudges and dirt are still present, clean the window with the optional lens cleaner kit and follow all directions.
If you suspect a network problem, you can diagnose any issue with devices in the network.
Make sure the I/O adapter is working properly and the ports are enabled and free of damage.
Check all cables that run between the I/O adapter and the network. Look to see if they are damaged and that they are secure.
Look at the configuration settings. For example, IP address, DHCP, and vLAN. They should match the settings in the switch or router.
Make sure that the device drivers are the correct drivers and not causing issues. You can also remove the I/O adapter and install an identical adapter.
