About the IS5613-10
The Cognex IS5613-10 is a high performance ID reader developed for the Insight 5000 series of vision systems. The system can intelligently read and verify various texts and barcodes using the IDMax software and advanced OCR/OCV tools. Codes processed with the device are read at a rate of over 7200 ppm. Designed to work in high speed production lines, system efficiency is integrated into the device.
IS5613-10 is a high performance model that features a 1 GHz processor. This controls and executes all tool sets found in the system integrated Cognex tool library. All ID tools, text/barcode reading and verification as well as image filters, are found within this internal library. Once images have been captured, IS5613-10 processes them in 256 MB of image memory into a 1600 x 1200 pixel resolution. Job and program storage is also included with the additional 128 MB of nonvolatile flash memory.
