The IS5604-10 has features such as its 1k line scan resolution, 44k lines per second line rate, and Patmax functionality that make it a high-performance choice of line scan vision system. The resolution and acquisition rate of this model allow for images with high levels of detail to be captured without error. Patmax capability takes the performance of this model to another level. IS5604-10 can use Patmax pattern matching technology to identify items with high levels of speed and accuracy, even if the objects are rotated, stretched, or scaled. The 1-inch CCD sensor of the IS5604-10 has 14μm x 14μm square pixels.
Standard Features
The IS5604-10 also comes with features such as its 20x speed rating when compared with the Micro 1020 model, another In-Sight vision system. This speed rating, combined with the other features of this vision system, makes it a high-performance drive in important aspects like speed, detail, and accuracy. As with other non-color In-Sight 5000 vision systems, images are captured at a 256 grey level bit depth. The lens cover for this model improves the protection level to IP67 to guard against solid and liquid particulates that might otherwise enter the system.
