The Cognex In-Sight series is developed as a wide, varying array of industrial cameras and vision sensor modules. This part is listed as a component in the In-Sight 5000 lineup, given the ID of 825-0059-1R. The Cognex units are designed in a series of physically identical devices. Down to the painted finish on the die-cast aluminum frame, the colors are a bright yellow and secondary black detailing. The In-Sight 5000 units come as a set of specified models; 5100/5110, 5403/5413, 5400/5410, 5603/5613, 5600/5610, and the 5605/5615. These models are all monochromatic, black and white display units. The models that render the image in full color are the 5100C and 5400C.
The In-Sight 5000 units come outfitted with a base firmware programming, the 4.4.3 version. The capacity for functionality memory that these units come outfitted with includes up to 128 megabytes.
The other internal equipment that the In-Sight 5000 is outfitted with includes a CCD module, which ranges in size throughout the line, but achieves the same function of processing and relaying the images captured. The lens, which is a standard 9 mm, is attached to these models via the C mount.
