The In-Sight IS2000M-120-40-125 assembly sensor is one of Cognex’s industrial monitoring equipment has a lightning-quick shutter speed of 0 to 1000 milliseconds, at 75 frames per second. This model is powered by a voltage of 24 DCV, and 48 Watts of energy are used to power its integrated light system--made up of red, blue, and infrared LED light rings, lens filters, and a polarized cover.
Total memory capacity is 160 Megabytes of memory, split up into two separate functions: 128 MB of SDRAM for developing and analyzing imagery, and 32 MB to efficiently run the many programs downloaded: In-Sight Explorer, EasyBuilder, VisionView PC, and VisionView 900 Human/Machine Interface (HMI) touch screen.
The IS2000M-120-40-125 records with its 4.8 mm wide and 3.6 mm tall CMOS monochrome imager, able to capture 3.75 micrometers of pixels. The general optics hardware is the 8 mm lens and S Mount. The S Mount is also compatible with the 3.6 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, and 25 mm sized lenses. The standard image has a 640 x 480-pixel resolution. Images are able to be magnified up to twice their image rating.
5 indicator LEDs are there on the model's heavy-duty aluminum frame to aid in determining the unit’s actions and network statuses. 6 IO ports are built-in: 1 opto-isolated acquisition trigger input, 1 general-purpose input, and 4 general outputs.
