IS2000-LAB
The In-Sight 2000 series of devices is one of the several categories of Cognex Visions barcode scanners, industrial cameras and sensors available from AX Control Inc. as reconditioned materials. These devices are built across a wide spectrum of specifications for their components. The lens size, the image pixel resolution, the color display, the bit depth, shutter speed, and frame rate vary within the series.
This listing is the IS2000-LAB, a base lab kit of the In-Sight 2000 series. The following components are included in the IS2000-LAB kit: an In-Sight 2000-130 model vision sensor, which is outfitted with a standard 8 millimeter lens attached to the S-Mount of the unit, and a high-intensity, diffused LED white ring light around it. The other component parts included are a two meter ethernet cable, a five meter power and input/output cable, and a universal mounting bracket.
The 130 model of vision sensor outfitted with a series of Cognex hardware. These units are outfitted with a pre-installed operator interface, designated as the In-Sight Explorer EasyBuilder interface. The 2000-130 series is integrated with a 1/3-inch complementary metal-oxide semiconductor, which renders the images captured in black and white monochrome. The image resolution is a standard 640 pixels by 480 pixels. This can be changed with the operator selected image magnification mode available (2x magnification). The frame rate for these units is 40 frames per second.
The 2000-130 models are outfitted as a series of vision tools that help identify details in the barcode labels and inventory that is scanned.
