DV-1000

Product Description

The DV-1000 from Automation Direct is an operator interface designed for use with the company’s Direct Logic 405 PLC family of process control.  This panel is also compatible with other Automation Direct CPUs like the DL05 and DL06, the DL105, and DL205, as well as the D3-350.  

The DV-1000 snaps into a cutout within the DL405 control panel.  The unit’s housing is designed with retention clips to help keep the unit in place after installation.  

The DV-1000 can be placed up to fifteen feet from the CPU.  It is UL and cUL listed and CE approved.  It can be used in areas where the operating temperature remains between freezing and 122 degrees Fahrenheit if the relative humidity is maintained between 5% and 95% non-condensing.  

The DV-1000 can offer up both user-defined and system-defined messages.  User-defined messages are limited to four embedded values and are limited by CPU memory.  

The DV-1000 has a 4-line by 16-character backlit liquid crystal display.  The front panel includes ten keys including two arrow keys, a + and - key, a clear key, and an enter key.  There are also four additional keys including  “stat,” “opt,” “msg,” and “chg pre” keys.
