The D4-08TD1 12-24 DC Output Module contains 8 (current sinking) outputs. The D4-08TD1 is a 12-24 VDC discrete output module. The operating voltage is 10.2-26.4VDC.  The module contains 2 internally connected commons. The peak voltage is 40VDC. The module contains a removable terminal block. The output type is NMOS FET (open drain).

The base power required for 5V is 150 mA maximum. The weight is 9.9 oz. (282g). The operating temperature is 32° F to 140° F (0° C to 60° C). The operating humidity is  5% to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing). Each point on the module has a logic side indicator. The on or off status of the indicator reflects the status of the point with respect to the CPU. Consider that the status indicators could be operating normally while the actual output device could be damaged.

If you suspect that the module has failed, replace it, if you have a spare. This is an effective method of troubleshooting and problem isolation.  If you suspect another device to have caused the failure in the module, that device might cause the same failure in the replacement module as well.
