Product Description

The D4-06BJ  is a 6-slot base with expansion designed by Automation Direct for the company’s DirectLogic 405 series.  This unit has a power requirement of 80 mA and may also carry alternate part numbers of PPX:U-06BJ or U-06BJ.  The  D4-06BJ is only one of several expansion bases available for the DL405 series.  If you need an expansion base with different parameters,  please check AX Control’s inventory for other options. 

The  D4-06BJ is designed with four mounting screw holes located two per short edge.  These allow the unit to be installed securely.  The unit itself is designed with clips along the front edge along with factory drilled holes along its rear edge designed to firmly attach modules after they have been slid into the base.  The CPU should always be installed in the left-most slot of the expansion base.   

 Expansion bases allow up to four bases to be connected to one system.  This unit is designed for use within locations where no corrosive gases are present, in operating temperatures between zero to 60 degrees Celsius.  Humidity should be maintained between 5% to 95%, non-condensing.   The base is 367 mm by 150 mm and can withstand 600 VAC for one minute between ground and circuit.
