Product Description

The D3-HP is a DL305 RLL Handheld Programmer produced by Automation Direct. The programmer has three purposes that assist the user in the automation process. The first purpose is entering and changing small programs using the power of instruction mnemonics. If the user has issues with a system, the programmer can give the user the ability to do individual I/O point diagnostics. The programmer allows the user to perform live on-site programs and system changes.

The D3-HP programmer comes with a LED Display for the system option. On this display, there is a 16-point spread for I/O diagnostics. The is also a four-digit display to show the numerical values and special messages coming from the connected device. To manipulate the system, the user will use the 20 separate keys and key switch to adjust settings. There are two types of keys on the device. The first type is the instruction identifier and numeric keys. These keys show statuses and allow the user to enter numeric values into the system. The second type of key is the editing key, which allows for the manipulation of programs in the network.

The programmer is mountable onto CPUs with dimensions of 5.7 x 1.2 x 4.65. The approximate weight of the D3-HP programmer is under a pound at 7.5 ounces.
