The V-memory locations specify the number of input and output channels to scan, the storage locations for the input and output data, and the resolution for the inputs.

You can configure the input resolution independently for each channel. You can select 12 bit, 14 bit, or 16 bit resolution.

You cannot install a F2-8AD4DA-1, 8-Channel In/4-Channel Out Current Analog Combination Module in a CPU slot. However, you can install the F2-8AD4DA-1, 8-Channel In/4-Channel Out Current Analog Combination Module in any local, expansion, or Ethernet remote base of a DL205 system with DL250-1 or DL260 CPU.
