Product Description

The D2-16TD1-2 is a DirectLogic DL205 output module.  This unit is designed with 16 points.  It has one non-isolated common with 16 points per common.   This is only one version of the DL205 output module available here at AX Control. Most of these modules have been moved to legacy status from the OEM and may no longer be available through the manufacturer.  However, AX Control maintains a large on-hand inventory of DirectLogic parts, including DL205, DL305, and DL405 modules. 

The D2-16TD1-2 is built with a front faceplate that includes a clip top and bottom to keep the unit in place after it has been installed within a rack system.  The DL205 system offers racks of four different sizes ranging from three to nine slots. The faceplate includes the terminal strip for the connection of I/O wiring and eight indicator lights.  There is also and A/B switch located on the left side of the faceplate.  The faceplate also is marked with the module ID number and with the power rating of 12-24 VDC. 

The attached circuit board includes several integrated circuits and also has a backplane connector to allow the board to communicate with other modules within the system.  

Original printed documentation like manuals and user guides will provide more information about this board including a derating chart and environmental ratings for this unit.  DL205 components are designed for use in areas where there are no corrosive gases present.
