The Automation Direct Facts Engineering Koyo D2-12TR is a discrete relay output module.  Quick specs: 12-point, (12) Form A, 2 commons, 6 points per common.  6-24 V DC/6-240 V AC.  Removable terminal block.

This module is one of a number of input/output devices designed for the DirectLogic 205 series of programmable logic controllers. Specifically, this module can output signals in terms of either DC power or AC power. A total of twelve output points are active on the device, with half of the points feeding to one of two isolated commons. The module boasts an operating voltage falling between either 5-30 VDC or 5-240 VAC, with VDC peak voltage measure 30 VDC and AC peak voltage measuring 264 VAC. An AC frequency of 47 to 60 Hz accompanies the operating voltage measurements.

While installed into a programmable controller, the module is able to support both VAC and VDC output ranges. Inrushing current capacities should be monitored as the points and the commons support various inputs. Each of the twelve output points is capable of sustaining 3 amps for 10 ms. Commons can handle a higher input, able to support 10 amps for 10 ms.

Removing the terminal block of the module is effortless, with no wiring interference necessary.
