New Surplus Factory Package: A completely unused product that is in the original factory package. The package may have been opened for the purpose of pictures, but the product has never been used or installed.

New Surplus AX Control Package: A completely unused product that has been removed from the original factory package. Often due to shelf wear or previous shipping, the factory package is not adequate and must be replaced with an ideal AX Control product package.

Reconditioned: All products that qualify as reconditioned have completed AX Control's thorough and detailed QA process and meet the requirements of excellent working condition and excellent cosmetic condition.

About the H0-PSCM

The H0-PSCM is a Profibus Slave Communications Module that was manufactured by Host Automation. The H0-PSCM has four ports, which allow for a number of connections to be made between the module and a PLC. The H0-PSCM module is an option card that is designed to be compatible with DirectLogic 05 and DirectLogic 06 systems, which were designed by Automation Direct. 

The H0-PSCM option card has the ability to plug into one of the DirectLogic 05 or DirectLogic 06 PLCs’ option slots. The most important components of the H0-PSCM option card are:

  • the RJ12 and RS232C Upgrade Ports
  • the Address Selection Rotary Switches
  • the RS485 Communication Port
  • the four LED status indicators on the very front of the device.

The H0-PSCM option card has the ability to transfer up to four chosen blocks of data between a DirectLogic 05 or 06 PLC and a Profibus master controller. These blocks of data range in size from 1 byte to 32 words and can be transmitted as either output or input data. In addition to that, the data blocks have the ability to be mapped to a real I/O systems that are within the PLC or the user areas of memory.
