Product Description

The Automation Direct Facts Engineering Koyo F0-08ADH-2 is an optional analog voltage input module. This unit is one of many optional modules compatible with DirectLogic 05 and DirectLogic 06 series programmable controllers. An eight channel module, this unit converts analog voltage signals into digitally compatible signals. All eight channels are updated with every scan of the processor. Designed with user interfacing in mind, removal of the terminal block does not interfere with the device’s wiring.

High quality analog conversions are possible through a number of integrated system features. Active analog filtering and an internal microcontroller process the converted signal to maintain data precision. As F0-08ADH-2 interacts with RISC-like processors, certain software requirements must be met. When installed in a DL05 controller, the module requires DirectSOFT32 version 3.0c or later and firmware version 5.20 or later. When installed in a DL06 PLC, DirectSOFT32 version 4.0, Build 16 or later and firmware version 2.30 or later are necessary.

Proper storage and installation parameters should be followed to maintaining the module. When operating in an installed controller, ambient temperatures can fall no lower than 0℃, or 32℉, and can raise no higher than 55℃, or 131℉. When the module is not in use, temperatures can vary more than when in use. Storage temperatures can range from -20℃ to 70℃, or -4℉ to 158℉.
