EA1-S6MLW is a C-more micro touch screen operator interface that is manufactured by Automation Direct. This 3.1 inch interface has an STN LCD monochrome, 128 x 64 pixel display. The screen has 5 selectable colors (white, pink1, pink2, pink3, or red), as well as a high-contrast white LED backlight, 5 user defined function keys, an RS-232 (RJ12) port, and a NEMA 4/4X IP65 rated case (for indoor use only). The display only supports landscape mode. The micro-graphic programming software includes a thumbnail project preview pane, built-in user object/screen libraries, a scrolling object selection window, a scrolling help window, a built-in project simulator, and PC requirements.

Maintenance on the Micro-Graphic panels involves backing up projects, checking the operating environment (keep this unit in a range of 0 to 50°C), checking the operating voltage (4.75-5.25 VDC is the acceptable range for 5 VDC power; 10.8-26.4 VDC is the acceptable range for 24 VDC power), checking the transmit and receive indicators, checking the physical conditions, running tests under the system setup screens, checking the settings under the system setup screens, cleaning the display screen, checking the project functionality, and checking the programming software. The atmosphere in which this display is housed and operated may not have any corrosive gases. The relative humidity should remain between 5 and 95% without condensation. The vibration resistance is IEC60068-2-6 compliant. The shock resistance is IEC60068-2-27 compliant. The noise immunity is NEMA ICS2-204 compliant. The dimensions of this unit are 114 mm x 82 mm x 40.5 mm.
