EA-MG-SP1 is an optional serial port with a DC power adapter for C-more 3 inch micro panels that are manufactured by Automation Direct. The serial port is a D-Sub 15-pin RS-232 / RS-422 / 485 connector. While this is an optional addition to the micro panel, it is required when using RS422, RS485 or third party PLCs. The dimensions are 97.1 mm x 83.4mm x 47.4 mm, and the weight of this unit is 125 grams. The electrical connector type is a 3-pin screw type terminal block. The recommended fuse is a Type AGC fast acting glass fuse (750 mA, 250 VAC, ADC p/n AGC-75). With 12 VDC power applied, the maximum inrush current is 5 A at 500 µs.
