Product Description

The EA7-S6C is a  six-inch C-more touch panel from Automation Direct.  These HMI panels are designed to be easy-to-use interface panels for industrial applications.  AX Control has a number of different models of the C-more HMI available within our warehouse stock; please be sure to order the best model for your needs. 

The EA7-S6C has a rated 24 VDC (20.4-28.8) operating range. This is a color STN touch panel that offers 256 colors on its 320 x 240-pixel screen.  The unit is built upon a 333 MHz CPU.  A dedicated power supply is recommended.  The unit is CE marked and UL listed.  When properly mounted the model meets 4/4x NEMA enclosure ratings. 

The EA7-S6C has seven contrast selection ratings. The unit includes built-in COM ports for PLC serial communications as well as built-in Ethernet ports.  While this is a 6-inch model, the unit’s external dimensions are 8.047 by 6.14 by 1.50 inches.  

C-more touchpanels offer analog touchscreens that get rid of touch cell boundaries.   Backlighting on this unit is bright, and the unit offers an audio output port for sound options.  EA7 units can send email through external servers, can be used with string tags, and are compatible with FTP.  This enables event manager log files, line trend log files, Screen capture files, and PID faceplate log files.
