Product Description

The EA-6-ADPTR is an optional part for the C-more products from Automation Direct.  These products include analog touch screens of various sizes along with a number of different optional components that fit with or help expand the capabilities of the touch screens. 

The EA-6-ADPTR is a C-more 6” Adapter that can be used in conjunction with several touch panels when upgrading from EZTouch panels to C-more Touch panels.  This includes upgrading from EZ-S6MR and EZ-S6M-RS to the EA7-S6M-R, from the EZ-S6M-F and EZ-S6M-FS to the EA7-S6M, which includes Ethernet.  It also includes upgrading from the EZ-S6C-K or the EZ-S6C-KS to the EA7-T6CL-R.   The EZ-S6C-F also requires the EA-6-ADPTR when upgrading to C-more 6” color TFT panels. 

The EA-6-ADPTR is an adapter plate that allows C-more 6” panels to be installed into the existing cutout that was previously used for an Automation Direct EZTouch six-inch slim bezel panel.   This allows installation without the need for expensive alterations, simplifying the whole retrofit procedure.   This part includes a gasket and mounting hardware. 

The EA-6-ADPTR is 8.932 inches by 7.299 inches.  The unit is 0.618 deep and includes six pre-drilled holes to allow mounting hardware to be installed.  When installed properly, this gasket maintains NEMA 4/4X rating for the enclosure.
