Product Description

This unit is one of the many Woodward Inc. products available in AX Control Inc.'s inventory. It was manufactured as a part of the Load Sharing Modules, designed to be completely integrated with Caterpillar engines, which are outfitted with a Caterpillar speed control module, with a pulse width modulated input. This unit is designated as the 9907-175 model Load Sharing Module. It’s main function is to allow the integration of Woodward power accessories and allows the load sharing to be split between the Caterpillar speed controller and the engines controlled by Woodward components. The 9907-175 unit is outfitted with a power supply that ranges from 18 to 32 V/DC, or approximately 5 Watts. This unit is rated with protective measures for both under voltage and overvoltage past 80 V/DC, and even reverse voltage to negative 32 V/DC. The 9907-175 model comes with three phase PT inputs, outfitted to operate line to line at 100 to 240 V/AC. The PT input burden is between 1.5 and 1.7 VA, per phase at 240 V/AC and between 0.4 and 0.5 VA per phase at 120 V/AC. This unit’s standard dimensions give it a length of 273.6 mm (10.8 inches), a width of 214.1 mm (8.4 inches), and a height of 59.2 mm (2.3 inches).
