Product Description

This generator set controller is part of the Woodward easYgen-3000 series. It has the same features and functions as older models in the series, along with a few new ones. Like other easYgen-3000 genset controllers, up to 32 genset units can be connected for synchronous control with the easYgen-3400-1-P2. Additionally, the easYgen 3400/3500 models now provide full connectivity of up to 16 Woodward LS-5 Series controllers.

easYgen-3400-1-P2 can also be connected to a Woodward Remote Display (RP-3000), as this is a 3400 model without a built-in operator interface. Designed for cabinet back mounting, this genset controller is in sheet metal housing (IP20) and managed via PC/remote display with Woodward’s ToolKit software.

The easYgen-3400-1-P2 controller is a Package 1 (P1) version, so it does not have external analog I/Os. If these are required, please see the P2 version of this unit. Additional differences in the I/Os included in the P1 and P2 versions are listed in Woodward easYgen-3000 Product Specification 37523E.

The power supply of this Woodward genset controller is 12/24 VDC (8 to 40 VDC). This unit is suitable for use in environments that maintain an operating temperature range of -20 to 70 °C, though this range can expand slightly for storage (-30 to 80 °C).
