This generator set controller is a Woodward easYgen-3000 series model. It is designed to be mounted on a front panel (this unit is in plastic housing) for single or multi-unit applications. In multi-unit configurations, easYgen-3200-5-K27 can control up to 32 gensets with automatic sequencing. This genset controller uses FlexApp, a Woodward feature for configuration of the operated breakers (None, GCB, GCB and MCB).

easYgen controllers are available with or without a built-in operator interface. easYgen-3200-5-K27 includes this built-in HMI, which consists of a color LCD and protected soft keys. This genset controller can be configured directly through this multi-level password protected panel, or via PC using Woodward’s ToolKit software. Also included in the easYgen-3200-5-K27 HMI is an event recorder that maintains a record of up to 300 entries (FIFO). This controller has a 12/24 VDC (8 to 40 VDC) power supply, but there is a backup battery for the event recorder in case of power failure.

easYgen model 3200-5-K27 is in plastic housing, ready for front panel flush mounting. The front of the unit meets IP66 standards with the screw fastening, and IP54 with the clamp fastening). The back meets IP20 standards. This model has 5A CT inputs, similar models with 1A CT inputs are also available.
